Well - what is "exciting" has a lot more to do with the OBSERVER (reader) than the DO-ER (writer).

Our lives are commonplace to US. Part of my own fascination with other blogs is that window into somebody else's every-day.

And sometimes I'll toss off something that I'm kind of going, "Um, why am I even bothering to write about this? Yawn!!!" and the response from people is all, "OHMYGAH!!!!!!"

I'd just start writing whatever moves you. It becomes exciting because you find it interesting enough to write about. :)

I have also felt like there hasn't been many "blog worthy" events going on in our family lately. I think it's just a slow time of year! I personally enjoy reading about day-to-day life events! I love hearing updates on how the rest of the family is doing.

I also personally like life that is not exciting, besides I can always live vicariously through my kids. That's why I had them, right?
